2008 marks the 5th anniversary of Dubai Desert Rock Festival, an event which showcases different styles of rock and metal music. This year is said to be biggest rock fest to be held in Dubai to date. It will take place in Dubai Festival City on March 7th and 8th.
Slapshock, the premier rapmetal band of the countryis the only band from Asia that was invited to perform on the 7th of March in this year's Dubai Desert Rock Fest. Together with Korn, Muse, Machine Head, Killswitch Engage, As I Lay Dying, Nervecell, Velvet Revolver, Marky Ramone, and many more.

Anyway, I missed watching SILENCE (Shen Qing Mi Ma or 深情密碼)which starred Vic Zhou and Park Eun Hye (I guess thats her name). It has a good story and Vic's acting has already improved since I last saw him in Meteor Garden. Well, that's something right? and I'm so into it all over again but sad to say I have lots and lots of work to do every night... aaaargh! Life's not fair indeed!
