Different Worlds is one of my favorite cuts from Pupil's first album entitled Beautiful Machines (2005) as well as All This Time, Gamu-Gamo, Dianetic, and False Alarm.
I heard Pupil will launch a special edition of their highly-successful sophomore album Wildlife on July 10, 2009 and Different Worlds is part of it. (awesome!)

At last I got a copy of the latest single of Bamboo from their up and coming album Tomorrow becomes Yesterday. And just like the songs from their previous albums, Kailan is a song which inspires us to stand up and start making changes NOW.
After listening to itg over and over again, all I can say is, "BASKOG! Pa-cheeseburger ka naman!" hahaha corny. But seriously, I love it. You can't really expect less from Bamboo, right?

I had the chance to watch Myx News last Sunday and it was where I officially heard about the Bamboo's newest album and single. I've been waiting for this just like my fellow believers and everybody else. I really missed Bamboo! AS IN! The last time I saw them was last May that's why I'm really elated to see the sneak preview of the Bamboo's up and coming album...
As what I've heard, the band will release it (I'm not sure if its the album or the single) on August 19. That will be tomorrow! Hallelujah! And what's more? They were already making the video for their first single. I can't wait to watch it!

I was surprised to see that Ely Buendia was the one playing in Deal or No Deal tonight. Its been a while since I last saw him. I didn't even realize that he lost weight after he was hospitalized. Well, what's important is that all is well that ends well. ;-) In the end, Ely went home with more than Php 100,000 in exchange of his chosen briefcase which is only worth Php 25.

Eraserheads, the legendary OPM rock band of the 90s and one of my favorite bands will have a one night reunion concert. This long awaited concert will be held at CCP Open Grounds on August 30, 2008. The call for a reunion has been going on since the band disbanded six years ago. According to the article I've read in pep, ex-bandmates Ely, Raimund, Buddy, and Marcus were swayed to play together in a 45-minute set after being offered P2.5M to P10M apiece.
Fans, including me can't wait to see the to see the country's own version of The Beatles on this concert. But the thing is, I'm pretty sure I can't come to watch it live. Thank heavens I have access to the famous youtube!lol Read full article here
I was downloading a song from a website awhile ago when something caught my attention. There was this song entitled Yugto from the upcoming new album of Rico Blanco, the ex-Rivermaya's vocalist who left his band a year ago. So, does this mean Rico will be back in the local music scene? If he will, then that would be great. He's a very good songwriter and I like most of his songs not to mention the fact that my friend Michelle will be ecstatic to hear about this. She admire Rico a lot.
I decided to download the song on my own satisfaction just to check if its nice. To my surprice the lyrics is quite interesting. As for me, I think the song is a giveaway of the reason why he left a year ago. I don't know... Actually, I'm not that sure about it. Perhaps I'm just a malicious person that's why I mention this kind of things.
Oh, well. I decided to transcribe the lyrics of the song which is quite stupid coz I forgot to just search for it on google (Duh me!). Whatever it is, I'm still proud to say that I got 95% of the lyrics correctly. Now, I can pursue a medical transcription career if I'm bored with my current job. lol

2008 marks the 5th anniversary of Dubai Desert Rock Festival, an event which showcases different styles of rock and metal music. This year is said to be biggest rock fest to be held in Dubai to date. It will take place in Dubai Festival City on March 7th and 8th.
